Help on using the search

For a simple text search, enter your search term(s) into the text field. The text will be matched with items' contents, title and description.

Multiple search terms may combined with AND and OR. Search terms can be excluded with NOT.
Example:
"asbestos AND health AND NOT training" finds all content that contains 'asbestos' and 'health', but not 'training'.

You can also make use of the * character for wildcard searches.
Example:
"technolog*" finds content containing 'technology' and 'technologies'.

Many national focal points also provide information on their sites. When the search results are displayed, a portlet on the right shows how many hits were found on the respective focal point sites. The focal foints are represented by their international country codes, or by their campaign acronyms (e.g. 'ew' for European Week). You can then click on one of those links to see the search results on the focal point site.
