Evaluation of European OSH Directives

The Federal Ministry of Labour an Social Affairs would like to contribute to the ongoing national and European debates about "Deregulation", "Simplification" and "Smarter and Better Regulations". Conjointly with our European partners find new ways for better European OSH regulations. This should be realised in a systematic, transparent and unprejudiced way.

The German proposal to elaborate possible improvements of the European OSH regulations by means of an ex-post evaluation has launched a broad discussion process in which all stakeholders involved in the design, enforcement and application of OSH regulations have to be involved.
